The Gospel Of John: Responding to Jesus

This men’s Growth Group will journey through the Gospel of John, exploring who Jesus is and the many ways people responded to Him. Along the way, men will learn practical tools for understanding Scripture, applying biblical truth, and growing in their faith. Together, we’ll consider what these encounters with Jesus mean for us and how we can respond to Him in our lives today.

Teacher: Bro. Samuel Dobbs

Brother Samuel Dobbs has faithfully taught God’s Word for more than 20 years. With a gift for making Scripture clear and practical, he walks through the Bible verse by verse, helping others understand its truth and apply it to their everyday lives.

What to bring? 

Bring your Bible, a pen and paper for taking notes, and a heart and mind ready to learn and grow.

Leagth of the Class: 

This 10-week class meets every Saturday from 8:00–10:00 AM in the Teaching Wing. Come ready to connect with other men, grow in your understanding of Scripture, and take your next step in following Jesus.

Foundation of Theology 

This men’s Growth Group will explore four essential foundations of the Christian faith: the doctrine of Christ, the Bible, salvation, and the Church. Using The Moody Handbook of Theology as a guide, men will gain a deeper understanding of what we believe, why we believe it, and how these biblical truths shape the way we follow Jesus and live each day.

Teacher: Edward Foggie

Edward Foggie has faithfully served as a deacon in our church for more than 20 years. He has a heart for encouraging and walking alongside other men, helping them grow in their understanding of God’s Word and their relationship with Jesus.

What to bring:

Please bring paper, a pen, a highlighter, and your copy of *The Moody Handbook of Theology*. Most importantly, come with a heart and mind ready to learn and grow.

Leangth of Class: 

This 10-week class meets every Sunday from 8:00–9:15 AM. Join us as we connect with other men, deepen our understanding of biblical truth, and grow in our relationship with Jesus.

This class is offered in person only, giving men the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and build meaningful connections as they grow together.
