Another Helper

In this message, Pastor Steve walks through Jesus’ promise of “another Helper” to reveal why the Holy Spirit was given to believers. As the disciples struggled with the reality of Jesus’ physical departure, Christ assured them they would not be abandoned. The same Savior who taught, corrected, comforted, and led them would continue shepherding His people through the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. 

This message shows that the Christian life was never meant to be lived through self-effort or distant religion. Through the Holy Spirit, believers continue living under Christ’s leadership through communion, obedience, and daily dependence on Him. The Spirit is not merely emotional comfort or occasional experience. He is the continuing presence of Christ within His people, empowering them to follow the Shepherd faithfully in every season of life.
