The Cost of Finding the One

In this Holy Week message, Pastor Steve takes us into the Garden of Gethsemane to reveal what it truly cost Jesus to secure the one. Before the cross, there was a moment of deep sorrow, real temptation, and complete surrender. 

As Jesus faced the weight of bearing sin and the cup of God’s wrath, we see a powerful contrast between His response and the disciples’ failure. While they slept and were unprepared, Jesus prayed, submitted to the Father’s will, and stood firm. 

This message reminds us that victory is not won in the moment of action, but in surrender beforehand. The cross was not the beginning of the victory, it was the result of it. Because before Jesus secured the one at the cross…He surrendered in the garden.
