When you hear the word generosity, what comes to mind? For many of us, we immediately think about money. But biblical generosity begins with something much greater than what we give financially. It begins with recognizing what we have received through God's grace and surrendering our whole lives to Him.

In “Designed to Give,” Pastor Steve opens our eight-week sermon series, Generous by Design, by exploring how the mercy of God transforms the way we understand our lives, our priorities, and everything He has entrusted to us.

Through Romans 12:1–2, we discover that true generosity begins with a surrendered life and a renewed mind. As God's Word reshapes our thinking, we begin to see our time as an opportunity to serve, our gifts as a means of strengthening others, and our resources as blessings entrusted to us for His glory.

Generosity is not simply about giving more. It is about recognizing that because Christ has given Himself for us, every part of our lives now belongs to Him. His grace comes first; our whole lives become our response.
