Come In Thankful

How do we approach the presence of God? In this message, Pastor Steve continues through Psalm 100, showing that true worship begins with a heart transformed by grace. The psalmist calls God's people to enter His presence with thanksgiving and praise not because life is free from difficulty, but because the Lord is unchanging in His goodness, steadfast love, and faithfulness. Through Jesus Christ, we have been brought near to God, and gratitude becomes the fitting response of redeemed hearts. 

As we conclude our study in Psalm 100, we'll discover that thankful worship is rooted in remembering what God has done and responding to who He is. As we fix our eyes on His unchanging character, entitlement gives way to gratitude, praise becomes our testimony, and worship flows from hearts that have been transformed by the gospel. Because we do not enter God's presence by our own merit, we come through Christ, rejoicing in the grace that has brought us near.
